Overview

A regional single-family home builder known for combining a small-company feel with strong corporate support for its local teams is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Superintendent to lead new custom-home construction. The company builds custom homes across a range of price points and relies on hands-on leaders who can manage multiple active job sites while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do

• Maintain frequent, proactive communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction throughout the build
• Oversee construction site management from design hand-off through sub-selection and scope contracts, safety compliance, final walk-through, and certificate of occupancy
• Regulate project budgets and manage job costs across multiple homes

Required qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects (typically 8+) simultaneously
• 4+ year track record of successful site operations and project leadership within new home construction
• Strong team-building skills and excellent communication abilities with customers and owners
