Production Manager – Corrugated Packaging

Overview
An established corrugate packaging manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager to lead plant operations and drive manufacturing excellence. This role is critical to optimizing output, controlling costs, and maintaining strong customer relationships within a converting environment (paper to box).
What you'll do
- Serve as a production leader throughout the plant, overseeing lines and personnel to maximize output
- Act as a positive change agent to develop a best-in-class manufacturing process
- Minimize manufacturing waste and production costs through P&L management while optimizing production output and profitability
- Coordinate and meet with customers as needed to maintain relationships and ensure successful order fulfillment in both quality and JIT methodology
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience within a corrugate packaging facility
- 7+ years of leadership experience within the corrugate industry
- Technical degree with a discipline in Engineering or a related field
Preferred qualifications
- Experience preferably within a converting facility (paper to box)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
