This role is with an outpatient orthopedic center that treats a diverse patient population, including orthopedics, sports medicine, and vestibular cases, and emphasizes both clinical excellence and staff development.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient therapy services
  • Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and payors
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
  • Complete required training and maintain clinical competencies

What you'll need

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active or eligible PT license in Pennsylvania
  • Current CPR certification
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
  • Experienced Physical Therapist preferred

Compensation and benefits

  • Compensation: $78,000 – $99,000 (based on experience)
