Overview

A Southeast regional real estate development firm with an active commercial and multifamily portfolio is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Project Manager) to oversee construction delivery on new and existing multifamily developments. Based in Nashville, this person will travel frequently to project sites across multiple states to ensure smooth, successful project delivery on behalf of ownership.

What you'll do

• Monitor the multifamily construction process from an owner's perspective
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee execution of owner-requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between the construction team and the operator
• Serve as the communication conduit between construction and the operator
• Manage all tasks and communication outside the scope of the construction contract necessary for successful project delivery
• Represent the company's and client's viewpoint on systems and vendors used for key project outcomes

Required qualifications

• Experience as an Owner's Representative or Senior Project Manager in multifamily construction
• Based in or willing to be based in Nashville, TN
• Full-time; Travel Required Weekly to project sites in various states
• On-site role with no remote or hybrid option

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience
