Overview

A growing behavioral health organization operating an outpatient clinic and a school-based health center in a rural setting is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its expanding behavioral health team. This role offers the chance to provide meaningful, flexible outpatient care to both children and adults across two clinical settings.

What you'll do

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
• Work across two settings: a school-based health center (approximately 3 days per week) and a main outpatient clinic serving the general public
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach

Required qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required
• Fully licensed only (candidate or provisional licenses not accepted)
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians
• Candidates must be willing and comfortable working with children (specific pediatric experience is helpful but not required)

Compensation and benefits

• $33 - $38 per hour (approximately $33,000 to $38,000 annually)
