Overview
A mid-sized ($50MM+), well-established and growing manufacturer/distributor is seeking an experienced General Manager to take on full P&L responsibility for the organization, including its sales team. This is a #1 role with significant upside growth potential, offering the chance to help lead the company to its next stage of growth within an attractive, entrepreneurial culture.
What you'll do
- Own full P&L responsibility for the business
- Manage and lead all manufacturing and distribution functions and associated business processes
- Manage, lead, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 FTEs)
- Further implement and leverage a lean culture and work environment
- Develop and manage against a strategic/tactical plan and budget
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
- Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean principles, and strategic/tactical planning
- Full P&L experience
- Excellent leadership, management, and people development experience
Compensation and benefits
- Salary range of $150,000 - $200,000
- 25-50%+ real bonus potential
