Overview

An outpatient imaging center is seeking a full-time Breast Biopsy Technologist to support its breast imaging and biopsy program. This role is central to ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging and a smooth, patient-centered biopsy experience.

What you'll do

• Facilitate all pre-biopsy imaging, equipment set-up, and post-biopsy patient care
• Assist the Radiologist with stereotactic, tomosynthesis, ultrasound, and MRI-guided breast biopsies
• Prepare and maintain all procedure-related charts in coordination with the NP and circulating nurse
• Maintain knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA requirements
• Complete post-hire training in Nuclear Medicine

Required qualifications

• ARRT (M) Mammography certification with biopsy experience
• Breast Sonography Certification obtained within one year of hire (ARRT or ARDMS breast registry accepted)
• Knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA requirements

Compensation and benefits
