Overview
A large, well-established law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Orlando. The associate will work closely with partners representing a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other Fortune 500 companies, on diverse and complex business disputes. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to complex litigation matters within a collaborative practice group.
What you'll do
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Conduct legal research
- Work closely with partners representing clients across hospitality, real estate, and other industries in complex business disputes
- Collaborate with several partners in a team-oriented environment
Required qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience
- Member of the Florida Bar
- Top academic credentials
- Excellent legal research skills
- Persuasive writing ability
- Strong organizational skills and diligence
