Overview
A prominent, well-established law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its Land Use and Zoning Practice in Miami. The associate will advise developers, property owners, and investors on zoning, land use, and development-related matters, playing a key role in guiding clients through complex regulatory and entitlement processes.
What you'll do
- Advise developers, property owners, and investors on zoning, land use, and development-related matters
- Handle site plan and entitlement considerations
- Manage permitting and regulatory compliance issues
- Work closely with clients and project teams to navigate local and state government processes
- Provide strategic guidance on development risk and regulatory positioning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience practicing land use and zoning law
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Member of the Florida bar
Preferred qualifications
- Strong academic record preferred
