Overview
An established healthcare organization is seeking an RN Nurse Educator specializing in Maternal Child care to help shape the future of nursing through advanced education and training. This role is essential to strengthening clinical practice across Labor & Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics, and offers the chance to lead and inspire a dedicated nursing team.
What you'll do
- Design and implement educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of nursing practice through continuous development strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care
- Mentor and support nurses in their professional growth and development
Required qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Maternal Child settings (L&D, NICU, MBU, Peds)
- Previous educator experience in an acute facility setting
Compensation and benefits
- Permanent salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually, competitive with market standards
