Overview

An established, financially stable medical device manufacturer is seeking a Medical Technologist to provide operational and customer support for its lab instrumentation across the greater Cleveland, OH area. This role is key to ensuring customers receive expert, hands-on assistance with laboratory equipment and quality processes.

What you'll do

  • Provide in-person and online operational support for the company's lab instrumentation
  • Deliver customer support to clients throughout the greater Cleveland, OH area
  • Apply strong knowledge of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Complete overnight travel as required to support customers

Required qualifications

  • BS Medical Technology or related field
  • MT (ASCP Certification)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Technologist
  • Strong understanding of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Must reside in the greater Cleveland, OH area; no relocation offered
  • Some overnight travel required
