Overview
A home care agency is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive private pay referral growth in the Ronkonkoma, NY area. This role is key to expanding the agency's client base by building strong relationships with healthcare referral sources and community partners.
What you'll do
- Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff, including social workers and RN case managers, as well as area rehabs and physicians
- Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
- Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Established referral relationships for home care patients
- 2+ years home care sales experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience working with sales CRM software
