A well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon for a general/sports medicine role based in Munster, IN. What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for general orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries
• See approximately 30 clinic patients per day
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation
• Perform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and hip
• Evaluate and treat athletes of all levels, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and safe return to sport
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic while maintaining an efficient surgical schedule
• Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care physicians to coordinate patient care

What you'll need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine preferred but not required for generalists
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration, or eligibility for same
• Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
• Experience with or aptitude for using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
• Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and hold an unrestricted Indiana medical license

Compensation and benefits

• $450,000 – $525,000 per year, full-time, Monday–Friday with a flexible work schedule
