Finding Talent
At SPG, we pride ourselves on hiring top talent in the software industry. Our current and upcoming focus is on artificial intelligence (AI), which covers about 50% of what we do at SPG. We are excited that our techniques and methodologies will increasingly focus on AI and business analytics. AI isn’t just for sales or numbers anymore; when used correctly, it can now be used as major intelligence.
We utilize AI to quickly identify the most relevant candidates from our expanded database of over 1,000,000 resumes. We look for patterns and trends within companies and organizations that can help us determine where a company is headed, the type of employee they are looking for, and what kind of culture our clients exhibit.
For the first time, AI will be used to make better business decisions instead of simply reflecting on past behavior in business operations. This means SPG cannot only give our clients and candidates valuable information on lessons learned from the past but also assist in business projections and advancements based on our knowledge. SPG now uses AI to find the best-quality candidates.
Expanding Horizons
In addition to our focus on AI and modern recruiting, we are expanding into other industries, including fintech and biotech markets.
