Placement Process

SPG has perfected the most critical phases of the interview process. In three steps we’ll determine all the necessary information for us to search the ideal job positions for you.

1) Please mail or e-mail your résumé including a daytime and evening phone number. Our ATS will quickly parse your skills, then identify a potential match. Please complete and submit the application form.

2) An SPG associate will promptly contact you to conduct a confidential interview either in person or by phone. The purpose being to understand your background as well as unique job interest.

3) Based on your strengths, qualifications, and interest, SPG will discuss a specific job opportunity we are representing. In addition, we will keep you abreast of additional position(s) that may fit your background.
